Payment
After a thorough examination, you will be sent a written summary of your needed treatment, which will also include the approximate number of appointments and estimated fee. We can help you with various payment options.

Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we will accept assignment of  your estimated insurance benefits and will file the dental claims with your insurance company. Patients will be responsible for their estimated portion at each dental visit. If there is a  balance after the insurance payment is received the patient will be billed. In order to file your dental claim, we require you to provide your current dental insurance information.
